Casey's Cabana is a Seasonal Summer Restaurant founded by Grand Island High School students Lauren Merletti, Luke Hess & Gabby Bergstrom and Co-Owned by Grand Island Senior High School Student, Daniel Diehl. Casey's Cabana has restored a historic Grand Island landmark into a perfect destination where customers can enjoy lunch or dinner along the scenic Niagara River as part of a project to gain real-world business ownership experience.
